To ensure principals can show their gratitude to their teachers and faculty year-round without having to use their own personal funds, Enchanted Backpack provides principals with funds and gifts to surprise their staff and show gratitude and support for their faculty. Principals with an incredible staff of 80 people would have to spend hundreds of their own dollars just to surprise and treat their staff to coffee and donuts during Teacher Appreciation Week. Neither school nor district budgets provide the discretionary funds to allow leaders to show gratitude and appreciation for their educators and faculty members.
